Ordering
Are your products mass-produced?
No. Every Neo Armory product is designed in-house and produced in small batches using 3D printing and hands-on assembly in our Tokyo studio. We do not dropship or outsource factory production.
Where are your products made?
All products are designed and assembled in Tokyo, Japan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked shipping from Japan.
How long does production take?
Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
Are limited edition items restocked?
No. Limited edition items are released in small quantities and are never restocked once sold out.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We offer custom lightboxes, props, and design commissions. Please see our Custom Orders page for details.
Are your designs official or licensed?
Neo Armory designs are original, fan-inspired creations and are not officially affiliated with any brands unless explicitly stated.
Who do I contact if I need help with my order?
You can always reach us via the Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.
Neo Armory is a small independent studio, and we personally handle every inquiry — you’ll always speak with a real human, not an automated system.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long does shipping to the USA take?
Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
All Neo Armory items are shipped from Japan using tracked international shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or seasonal shipping volume.
What shipping service do you use?
Neo Armory ships all international orders using Japan Post, Japan’s official postal service.
Japan Post is one of the most reliable and cost-effective international shipping options available, allowing us to keep shipping prices fair for customers worldwide while still providing tracking and insurance.
This is the same shipping method we successfully use for our Amazon and Etsy stores, with thousands of completed international deliveries.
I heard there are shipping restrictions to the USA — will my order arrive safely?
Yes — your order will arrive safely.
Due to recent tariff changes and international mail restrictions introduced in 2025, some countries have temporarily limited or suspended direct mail services to the United States. Japan Post, however, continues to deliver to the USA under specific customs declarations.
To ensure smooth delivery for our U.S. customers, Neo Armory uses a proven customs declaration method that complies with international shipping rules and has been successfully used across our Amazon and Etsy operations.
This method has allowed uninterrupted delivery to U.S. customers even during recent changes.
How are packages declared for U.S. customs?
Orders shipped to the United States are declared under a low-value customs threshold (under USD $100).
This approach:
Prevents unnecessary delays
Avoids additional customs charges for buyers
Ensures smooth entry through U.S. customs
This declaration method is fully compliant, widely used by international sellers, and has been reliable for thousands of past shipments.
How long does international shipping to Europe take?
International orders to Europe (EU & UK) generally arrive within 7–16 business days after dispatch.
We ship from Japan with tracked international services. Customs clearance times vary by country, but most European orders arrive smoothly within this timeframe.
Tracking information is always provided once your order ships.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Neo Armory products are carefully inspected before shipping and are covered by a limited warranty.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we’ll assist you with a replacement or solution after review.
Can I return or replace an item?
If there is a confirmed manufacturing issue (not shipping damage), the item may be eligible for return and replacement.
Process:
Contact us within 10 days of receiving the item
We’ll review photos and details
If approved, the item will be returned for inspection
Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued
Because Neo Armory products are small-batch, handcrafted, and often limited edition, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or cosmetic preferences.
What if my item arrives damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged during transit, don’t worry — your shipment is insured.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
We will work with the shipping carrier’s insurance to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of as quickly as possible.
